Siena DaCosta BA BSW BEd MEd C-IAYT embodies the meaning and essence of mind-body-spirit well-being. Throughout her career as a Principal in the one of the largest school districts in Canada, Siena stewarded the mind-body-spirits of children, teenagers, young adults, parents, teachers, and fellow administrators, serving to build brighter futures for All. 

In her current life chapter as a Certified Yoga Therapist, Siena shares her mind-body-spirit expertise to assist SQ2 Life integrate the hard materials of urban development including bricks and mortar, building technologies, and environmental sustability solutions with the softcare dimension of Human Connection, Human Potential, Self-Actualization, and Well-Being.
